According to Courthouse News Service, the online gaming company Square Enix of America is being sued due to their questionable fees and penalties in Final Fantasy XI services. The named plaintiff “Esther Leong” claims that the company has been deceiving their 100,000 customers by lying about the Final Fantasy MMORPG’s monthly fees, penalties for late payments, interest, restrictions, and other hidden purchase charges. The complainant can cough up suit damages of 5 million dollars when he wins the case over this giant company. LOL, this is truly a big contribution  to economic recession affecting the US right now, next case please…
